The marketing creative team is responsible for setting creative strategy and delivering design solutions for DaySpring marketing materials across a portfolio of businesses, with strong focus on digital and direct-to-consumer platforms and channels. Key areas of focus are marketing collateral, advertising and promotional campaigns, product and lifestyle photography, website and UX design, and digital content.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Designer - Marketing & Digital is responsible for delivering a range of design assets and visual content that drive marketing efforts across DaySpring’s portfolio of businesses and marketing platforms. More specifically, design solutions will support email and social marketing, promotional and advertising campaigns, digital content, ecommerce merchandising, print collateral and production design. This role will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all marketing materials meet visual brand standards while serving consumer needs and business objectives.

 

As a member of the marketing creative team, the Associate Designer - Marketing & Digital will bring strong visual theme and consistency throughout all design work, aligning seamlessly with brand style guides, creative direction and visual merchandising across websites, advertising and social media channels. With relentless attention to quality and detail, this role will demonstrate high ownership and a positive attitude, while always striving to deliver industry-leading and forward-thinking creative solutions that carry the brand forward. Developing a deep understanding of DaySpring’s brand aesthetic is critical, as well as an ability to collaborate and problem solve with extended cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. 1 or more years professional experience in design or related field
