The Associate Product Manager (APM) will lead and execute greetings programs to be developed for designated channel and product lines.  The APM will follow direction as set by Product Manager and Customer Business Development teams.  While focusing on internal execution, the APM must be knowledgeable and have good awareness at the customer level.  The APM will gain understanding and apply consumer insights to products and retail execution.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of product development or management experience


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook
  • Knack for researching and analyzing products, markets and consumers. 
  • Consumer centricity. Keen understanding of influences that impact consumer behavior and decision-making. 
  • Skillful in managing time efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Inquisitive mind - for defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Boldness in decision-making, based on financial goals established for brand or product. 
  • Aligning short-term daily tasks to long-term strategies.  Can assist in defining program requirements.  Works to execute programs on time. 
  • Excellence in leading team discussions and product planning meetings.
  • Understanding of and passion for the DaySpring mission.
