1.    Support the Brand & Business Strategy team in defining and communicating brand identity, essence and strategy internally and externally. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.
2.    Facebook community management, including developing and executing content calendar, engaging with video and post and leveraging groups for gorilla marketing and consumer insights.  This duty is performed 25% of the time.
3.    Identify and frame external partnership opportunities in alignment with brand strategy. Nurture new and existing relationships including special interest groups, women’s ministries and influencers. This duty is performed 25% of the time.
4.    Support social media department by engaging in consumer conversations and answering questions. This duty is performed This duty is performed 15% of the time 
5.    Assist in strategic planning processes including reporting of key initiatives. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time.
6.    Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

You must have these to be considered:
1.    Bachelor’s Degree 
2.    5 or more years of product or business development experience
3.    3 or more years of management experience

•    Apply to new products and potential business models (futures state).

•    Communicate – written and verbal – clearly, and with excellence.

•    Analysis and critical thinking skills – able to comprehend various inputs of data, consumer insights, trends and etc. and be able to coalesce sometimes disparate feeds into a cohesive, comprehensive strategy.

•    Be proficient in the MS office suite: Excel, Power Point, Word.

•    Express an understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
