Within the business, we perform as generalists, appreciating that each person must understand (to a certain extent) the functions of each other's role so that we can work together to achieve our goals. It is an exciting fast-paced atmosphere where decisions/results are seen immediately because of the direct connection with the consultants and their Consumers.


This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hour per week. The general duties of the Consultant Care Representative position are:

  1. Assisting Mary & Martha Consultants by phone and email.
  2. Report and Administrative support, cross training.
  3. Processing Returns
  4. Insuring New Consultants are assigned appropriately
  5. Other reasonably related duties as assigned

  • 1 year of customer service experience
