DaySpring Customer Service is known throughout the International Christian Retail Association as having the Best Customer Service in the Industry.  It plays a vital role within the company and many times is the only connection a consumer or retailer will have with DaySpring.  What an honor and privilege it is to be this spokesperson! Customer Service is part of the larger Retail Sales Division that includes Independent and Mass Accounts.  In addition, this department provides Customer Service for the Ecommerce Division of DaySpring. 
In this role, you will interface on a consistent basis with our customers via phone and email. Listening and assisting customers with taking orders, calculating charges, processing billing or payments, and meeting upselling objectives are key to this role. 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: the schedule for this part-time position is Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, not to exceed 28 hours per week.:

You must have these to be considered for this role:

  1. High school degree, GED or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education. 
  2. Ability to continuously talk and hear; required to regularly sit; occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hand and arms, stoop, or kneel; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
