The Part-Time Order Puller position is located in Siloam Springs, AR. This warehouse position is responsible to pull, pack and ship both retail and direct to consumer orders, maintaining established metrics for efficiency, utilization and accuracy. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned by manager. Starting pay is $15 per hour.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. This part time position offers flexible hours and daily schedules, ranging between 24 to 29 hours per week.

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent. 
  • Regularly push, pull or lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50lbs.



  • Six months previous experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge and appreciation for DaySpring's Mission.
  • Strong work ethic, perseverance and initiative.
  • Honesty and integrity in actions.
  • Mental alertness.
