The Order Puller II position is located in Siloam Springs, AR. This warehouse position is responsible to pull, pack and ship both retail and direct to consumer orders according to customer requirements. This position will be required to cross train in multiple job functions within the Special Accounts team. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned by manager. Starting pay is $15 per hour.


  1. Pull, pack and ship customer orders utilizing approved order pulling procedures including use of RF handheld devices and occasional use of standup forklift equipment
  2. Perform online routing, customized packing slips and carton labels, advanced ship notices, custom documentation, and other customer specific requirements as needed through online vendor portals and DaySpring systems
  3. Collaborate with internal and external customers to plan and execute the fulfillment of large distributor or customized orders
  4. Meet Order Puller II performance metrics

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Regularly push, pull or lift up to 10 pounds; frequently up to 25lbs; occassionally up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand, stoop and walk for extended lengths of time



  • 7 - 11 months previous experience in a related field
  • Knowledge and appreciation for DaySpring's mission, vison and values
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in standard work processes
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow unique customer specific order requirements
  • Strong work ethic, perseverance and initiative
  • Honesty and integrity in actions
