DaySpring Product Integrity Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Advises suppliers on product testing requirements, review inspection and testing reports to ensure that all products meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  2. Advises Procurement and quality control on any quality issues that arise with on hand products in Distribution center.
  3. Executes SKU level audits on new products being developed, provides guidance to Creative, Tech Design, and suppliers to ensure all products meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  4. Provides Social Compliance support, working with Hallmark COC team for new vendor onboarding and annual audit reviews.
  5. Provides Testing and Social Compliance support for Walmart and other key retailers to ensure that our products meet their code and safety standards, working with customer specified testing labs and audit firms.
  6. Advises suppliers when corrective action is needed for social compliance audits to ensure factories used are in good standing.
  7. Acts as DaySpring's subject matter expert for FSC labeling, coordinating requirements and approvals with Hallmark Paper Specialist.
  8. Other reasonably related duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You must have these to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5 or more years of experience in relevant technical experience in areas such as Creative, Product Integrity, Manufacturing or Supply Chain

 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexibility in order to improve and adapt to the needs and demands of the organization.
  • Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • An understanding of and an appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
