The Ecommerce team is a part of the Strategic Marketing Department, and directly connects with consumers through great product, content and other resources to help her "live her faith". We are a cross-functional, entrepreneurial team within a larger company with access to amazing resources - a perfect environment to grow and be inspired. The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will work with the Ecommerce team to develop the DaySpring brand and customer shopping experience across all .com partners helping to facilitate ecommerce business growth. 



  1. Support Ecommerce Marketplace Manager managing .com marketplace setup, data and asset collection, creation and distribution. This is performed 40% of the time on a daily basis.
  2. Account management support monitoring incoming .com purchase orders, inventory, out of stocks, delays and changes to products or data with the occasional .com communication and coordination. Based on performance opportunity for growth to assisting the development of new Ecommerce business and partner strategies and more direct account management. This is performed 15% of the time on a weekly basis.
  3. Assist with product detail page optimization and A+ Enhanced Content creation and distribution to .com, across all product lines. This is performed 20% of the time on a daily basis.
  4. Coordinate advertising efforts with Merchandising, Site Management, and Corporate Marketing Teams to drive promotional activities unique to each .com partners program. This is performed 10% of the time on a weekly basis.
  5. Monitor and reporting showing advertising performance, consumer engagement, website analysis, and marketing channel performance. This is performed 10% of the time on a weekly basis.
  6. Support key initiatives, on-site marketing strategies, and unique promotion opportunities for each .com. This is performed 5% of the time on a weekly basis.
  7. Perform any other related duties and special projects as assigned.

You must have these to be considered for this role:
1.    Bachelor's degree
2.    2 or more years of experience in digital marketing or marketing or training.

•    Intermediate Excel skills
