POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Program Manager serves as the “Program Champion” responsible for developing and executing short and long term strategies for assigned programs. These programs can take the form of brands, licensed properties, seasons and occasions. These programs will be treated like businesses within DaySpring. Hence, the Sr. Program Manager will have the revenue and profit expectations assigned to them as key objectives. This role is responsible for championing their responsibility across the company/organization to ensure that a holistic “one DaySpring” activation for their programs is followed.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, vision cast, and direct strategies that build cohesive product and marketing roadmaps for assigned programs across both product businesses and channels of distribution. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.
  • Ensure DaySpring stays ahead of market trends and takes advantage of market opportunities. This role will help conceptualize strategic initiatives ensuring cross functional engagement and support is in place to optimize results. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.
  • Cultivate key internal and external relationships to influence and impact the viability of each program. Analyze market and sales data to measure success and identify needs and pivot points to improve the performance in the marketplace. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.
  • Manage contract dates, scheduled, and decision timelines to build awareness to agreement deadlines, requirements, and scenarios. This duty is performed weekly, about 25% of the time.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3+ years of product or business development experience

  • Be proficient in the MS office suite: Excel, Power Point, Word.
  • Express an understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.
