DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Strategic Marketing Team champions the Brand, Mission and Consumer across the entire organization for DaySpring.  We lead with consumer insights, brand engagement and mission focus.  We support key initiatives for each organization, while bringing a holistic approach to form “One DaySpring” to our consumer and partners.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in all aspects of the day to day operations and ongoing direction of the online stores - order management, item posting, store merchandising, promotion scheduling, store layout, etc.
  • Support execution of marketing promotions and campaigns with store changes, copy writing consumer insights and transactional data analysis.
  • Support execution of internet retail best practices with editorial optimized for SEO, changes in page ranking, auditing of store merchandising
  • Other reasonably related duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (you must have these to be considered for this role)

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of administrative experience in a coordinator role.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (you will stand out if you have these)

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
  • Command of email marketing principles and best practices to ensure emails meet industry standards and international laws.
  • Tenacity to persevere through setbacks and difficulties and still deliver great solutions to the customer.
  • Detail-orientedness
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills: written, oral and active listening.
  • Ability to self-start, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have the flexibility to “roll with” reasonable level of ambiguity.
  • An understanding of and an appreciation for the DaySpring Mission.
