The Project Manager is responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of Projects assigned.  The PM may plan multiple projects, allocate and direct staff and other resources to accomplish program activities, and maintains control over each project.  In addition, the Project Manager reports to stakeholders on a regular basis and provides the internal teams (product, creative, IT) with the support and direction they need to succeed.  As the Business Analyst you will work closely with product and segment teams providing leadership and details to drive business strategy through the development of the products and platforms (, BG, IRIS).

Essential Duties and Responisbilities: 

  • Managing multiple projects- develop, adjust and monitor multiple project plans and budgets.
  • Ensure proper organizational change management process are followed.
  • Track progress and manage project status reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Provide feedback, encouragement, mentoring and work direction to team members.
  • Drive risk management process.
  • Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure collaborative approach to developing solutions
    • Understand their business strategies, objectives, culture, information needs and service expectations.
    • Acts as a skilled diplomat and leader in negotiations with all business directors and stakeholders, identifying group conflict and facilitating resolution.
    • Obtain and keep project commitment from all team members and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication within the team and with internal and external contacts.
    • Communicate project status to the project team, stakeholders and appropriate management.
    • Adhere to and mentor others in standard project management processes.
    • Communicate persistently and judiciously.  Share information in ways that engage team members to embrace changes and opportunities.
  • Ensures that, during tactical execution of projects, the broader strategic and technical direction is applied, identifying and resolving problems and challenges.
  • Expert implementation knowledge with Agile/Scrum Methodology.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business applications, technologies and methodologies
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting detailed requirements, designing feature-based systems, and supporting the development life cycle.
  • Lead implementation of changes to applications as necessary to correct processing errors and improve system performance
  • Lead efforts to leverage technology through efficient development and configuration utilizing the tools and processes necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years Project Management experience


  • PMI Certified
