The Senior Financial Analyst – CFS (A/P & BE) is responsible for overseeing all business expense and travel processing in accordance with corporate policies



Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are our internal customers.  Services include Accounts Payable, Business Expense, Travel,  Payroll, and Accounts Receivable.  A role in CFS provides exposure to a variety of businesses, both domestic and international.  Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, along with a strong focus on customer service, are critical to our success.



  • System administration of best in class business expense software, SAP Concur.
    • You will provide guidance to international offices and domestic subsidiaries, while assisting with implementations and evaluation of new products.
  • Administration of the Hallmark US & Canada corporate card program.
  • Work with best in class travel management company, Travel Leaders Corporate, to manage the Hallmark Corporate Travel program, allowing for development into a travel subject matter expert.
  • Ensure timely research and resolution to employee inquiries regarding business expenses and Hallmark corporate cards with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Communicate with all levels of management/employees regarding non-compliance with corporate policies.
  • Assist with escheat reporting requirements.


This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • 3+ year of financial analysis experience
