OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, people- and project-focused team player to join our team as an Account Leader. This role is the primary link and liaison between external creative resources and our internal creative teams. The mission of the Creative Resourcing Team is to enable product leadership by providing a seamless link to a trusted, viable and affordable external talent pool. This team is a key enabler to build and maximize external resourcing as a capability for the Creative division. Our team's goals are to build relevant talent communities to create content which is on-strategy, meets financial targets, and is consumer relevant; as well as to pioneer and elevate new and different external resourcing models.  

 

Within our team, The Mock-Up Studio serves as the center of excellence to create retail ready quality mock-ups (physical and digital) enabling buyer-pitch presentations, selling tools, and other enterprise wide needs.  Mock-up execution is an enabling capability which helps to maintain and secure new business with high priority retailers. 

 

MORE ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Account Leader serves as the primary communication link and liaison between external resources and internal creative teams. In this role, you will coordinate outsourced content creation and product design to ensure accurate and on-time project completion. This role is the key contact to initiate and acquire external talent, serves as the funnel for new/incoming work, and ensures ‘work request/brief’ is accurate and complete. Account Leader is the primary liaison between the creative team, legal, procurement, our managed service provider (MSP; PrideOne), Technology and Business Enablement (T&BE) and the external talent resource. Project/account management, budget management and negotiation, relationship management, compliance oversight, trafficking of work, and project level logistic support are critical to success in this role.


With the consolidation of the account team in support of both the Creative Resourcing Team and Mock-up Studio, this role will be cross-trained specific to the account needs of both.  In support of the mock-up studio, the role serves as the liaison between the 'requesting clients' and the mockup COE to ensure key inputs are provided, status communication and other trafficking responsibilities as well.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: client/marketing agency, design studio, or product development for consumer goods

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume and portfolio/application will stand out if you have:

  • Business, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications major
  • Understanding of content creation and product design work process, sequence, roles involved, timeframes and systems used. Knowledgeable in the field of design for varying formats and complexity.
  • Experience working with or in support of a product creation team or studio.
  • Experience working with freelancers, design firms, agencies, temp employees.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: both written & verbal, a great attitude and a team player; ability to negotiate and influence to reach objectives.
  • Project Management: detailed, organized, time urgent, facilitates problem resolution, document/track project details, high learning agility.
  • Traffic Coordination: scheduling, status of work to key milestones, some forecasting/resource planning
