Hallmark's Global Transportation team is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Global Transportation (GT) director and team, and the Order Management Services (OMS) manager and team.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Global Transportation and parts of the Order Management Services group, while working independently. These functions include but are not limited to: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, database entry and design databases, ordering supplies, distributing mail, handling correspondence and travel arrangements, filing, reconciling expense reports, creating presentations and spreadsheets. The Administrative Assistant may also answer vendor calls and shipping questions and create reports as needed. This position requires a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients. Work can be very confidential in nature as it pertains to the company and personnel information. Completes special assignments as assigned that require technical skills and problem solving.

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Must be able to pass a 2010 version of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint testing as part of the interview process (only passing scores in SkillCheck will be considered).
  • Must be able to pass a typing test of 45 adjusted wpm as part of the interview process (only passing scores in Skill Check will be considered).
