We are seeking entry-level or early-career talent to join our Consumer Experience team as a Consumer Experience Associate at Hallmark Global business. The Consumer Experience team is comprised of various functions that work to create the best experience possible for our consumers, whether shopping our products online, browsing our offerings at a Hallmark Gold Crown store and other retailer, or receiving one of our cards, gifts, ornaments or stationary products packaged in one of our gift bags or wraps.  This diverse, cross-functional team is comprised of marketing, product development, merchant and assortment, demand and inventory, and data analytics professionals. 


Opportunities could include assignments – and eventually permanent roles – in our marketing, merchant, ecommerce, and data analytics teams.  


A day in the life could include using the following competencies or contributions to the Consumer Experience team and Hallmark Global business:

  • Using data and financial analysis to evaluate, draw insights, articulate a point of view and act on opportunities

  • Continually work to develop holistic understanding of the industry in which we compete, including customers, competitors, retailers, industry trends and relevant technology

End-to-End Product Commercialization

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze upstream/downstream impacts and make decisions that result in biggest benefit

  • Regularly embracing change, balancing risk, and making informed decisions with available information

Interpersonal Savvy & Collaboration 

  • Collaboratively partner with various groups to achieve common goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior project or role requiring extensive use of data manipulation, strong analytic skills AND consumer/retail trends


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 Years of experience working in any of the following areas:  retail/merchant roles, marketing, product development, supply chain, analytics, finance, research and sales
  • Prior experience supporting or working with product or retail merchants in their make buying, inventory forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, product development or sales decisions.
