Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are internal customers. Services include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business Expense, and Payroll. Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, and a focus on customer service are critical to our success.


The credit representative role is a critical liaison between Hallmark and our retail customers. A strong customer service mindset is required.
Primary responsibilities of this position are:
 - Collections
 - Deduction management
 - Invoice error resolution
 - Order review/approval


This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

  • Associates' degree or higher OR 2+ years' experience in collections, finance, or corporate office role including customer service.
  • Current or recent prior role requiring extensive work and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word



  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
