What your role entails and how you’ll contribute


Hallmark's Data Engineering & Analytics team seeks a data engineering analyst who will be an outstanding addition to our team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by discovering, developing, and implementing leading-edge analytics that helps our end users answer critical business questions. What we do and how we do it


At Hallmark our Information Technology (IT) division is vital to helping Hallmark win in the marketplace. We play a leadership role in identifying, developing and managing technology and process solutions; we pro-actively partner with business areas to develop new capabilities, build reliable solutions and efficiently manage the corporation’s investment in technology and end-to-end processes.



  • Develop, execute, maintain, and troubleshoot data movement SQL scripts
  • Add, maintain, and document data model objects for a corporate data warehouse
  • Develop and foster positive relationships and transparent dialogue with the business community and data colleagues




The following are required to be considered for the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years working with data as a Data Engineer / BI developer or analyst
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data modeling
  • SQL development and analysis skills
  • Proficient in collaborative technologies

  • Experience using Teradata, Linux, or Python

This role is fully remote.  This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.  The salary range for this job, is between $60,000 and $93,750 for the level I opportunity.  Salary will take into consideration several factors including location and role level.
