ABOUT THIS TEAM:

Hallmark Digital is one of the driving forces behind the creation and delivery of digital solutions to Hallmark’s consumers. Hallmark Digital includes almost all consumer digital touch points – ecommerce, search, mobile, social, etc. It is a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment for Hallmark and requires a can-do, flexible attitude. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.

 

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The REMOTE - Digital Analyst manages various aspects of the Hallmark.com analytics, A/B testing optimization, and personalization programs. The Digital Analyst ensures the analytics platforms and operations deliver shopper insights to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention to Hallmark digital touch points and to retail stores.

 

The Digital Analyst partners with teams within Hallmark, includingHallmark.com development teams, and external agencies/vendors to implement analytic and A/B testing and personalization capabilities and ensure best practices are leveraged.

 

This position requires an experienced analytics professional with digital-specific expertise in various areas: digital analytics coding development and implementation, optimization and A/B testing, digital personalization, data analysis in digital-centric platforms.

 

Essential duties and accountabilities:

  • Manage implementation and coding of digital analytics for both new and ongoing programs, this includes serving as subject matter expert in the development of technical requirements and code for new projects to enable the measurement of KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain components of digital data architecture (data layer, tag management systems, A/B testing, personalization and analytics platforms) for Hallmark.com.
  • Ensure integrity of digital channel data across Hallmark systems, partnering internally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, develop, and implement A/B tests that optimize and personalize the digital experience. Provide insights around A/B or multivariate tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 4 years in a digital development / analytic role with experience including: digital analytics development and architecture, coding and implementation, optimization and A/B testing, data analysis in key digital-centric platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other web / mobile app analytics solution

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical /quantitative discipline like computer science, software development / engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, engineering, or other technology / math-based science
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Launch, Adobe Target) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Tag management experience
  • Knowledge of scripting and analytics coding (JavaScript, jQuery, Java, etc.)
  • A/B/multivariate testing experience
  • Mobile and Omnichannel analytics experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to review data flows and coding to identify, develop and implement analytics enhancements
  • Strong technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn new systems and coding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt workstyle/processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated: strong work ethic, follow-through and accountability for results
  • Ability to develop effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Good interpersonal skills and great communication skills, particularly around complex, technical aspects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
