The digital catalog coordinator executes merchandising and catalog data strategies for Hallmark.com, including item data management, product creation and review prior to launch. This role works as an integral member of a cohesive team bringing product to life online. Team member needs to be curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented driving to accuracy on Hallmark.com This role is an entry level position designed to support the merchandising managers.


• Execution of all aspects of product set up for assigned family of business. 
• Partner with editorial and digital teams to ensure accurate product set up and timing of launches. 
• Optimize products for launch in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Set up products to best optimize for conversion on site and proof product prior to go live.  
• Perform daily site review to ensure accurate online product presentation. 
• Make updates and corrections as needed in both staging and/or production environments.  
• Learn within each program and apply learnings to future programs and share findings in data.

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years professional work experience in model line management or marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word


Preferred Qualifications: 

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational and Excel skills are required.

Ability to balance concurrent demands of multiple tasks and priorities is essential

Flexible and adaptive to change with the ability to work with others in a very fast paced, fluid, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to work with a high degree of curiosity and autonomy to assess priorities and enable decisions
