Hallmark Digital is one of the driving forces behind the creation and delivery of digital solutions to Hallmark’s consumers. Hallmark Digital includes almost all consumer digital touch points – eCommerce, search, mobile, social, etc. It is a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment for Hallmark and requires a can-do, flexible attitude. Digital Hallmarkers get to wear many hats and have the opportunity to engage with new and innovative technology as well as help shape consumer digital experiences.



A Content Specialist who can help transform the customer experience on Hallmark.com, a website with a high profile and tremendous exposure. This content wizard will work well under pressure and have the ability to tackle technical tasks through the artistic lens of the English language. An organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail will be most successful in this role.



  • Be accountable for the implementation of marketing content and promotions on Hallmark.com
  • Maintain web requests and prepare content using HTML, CSS, and/or managing through a Content Management System (CMS) such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Be responsible for creating and editing content
  • Set up, test, and execute offers and promotions in the CMS including partnering and communicating with other teams
  • Assume other duties as assigned, such as implementing banners and other real estate in the CMS, outlining and communicating linking strategies, implementing SEO components, and setting up A/B tests within the CMS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional work experience



Your resume will stand out if you have:

  • 2 years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with HTML or CSS
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work under pressure to meet production schedules, while maintaining close attention to detail and high quality standards
  • High organization skills and are a detailed self-starter with excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding command of the English language, both written and verbal, including proficiency in grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • The ability to master a high degree of new technical knowledge and style guidelines
