We are looking for a data-driven, consumer-minded, collaborative, and energetic team player to join Hallmark Digital.



Hallmark Digital is one of the driving forces behind the creation and delivery of digital solutions to Hallmark’s consumers. It is a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment for Hallmark and requires a can-do, flexible attitude. Digital Hallmarkers get to wear many hats and have the opportunity to engage with new and innovative technology as well as help shape consumer digital experiences.



  •  Provide eBusiness-oriented direct marketing leadership:
    • Serve as the primary eBusiness marketing liaison for email and direct marketing activity.
    • Provide insights and make recommendations aimed at boosting direct marketing-driven digital sales.
    • Build and maintain forecast/business plan tied to email-driven digital revenue.
    • Monitor performance of email campaigns and strive to exceed the target.
    • Build effective relationships with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on cross-company projects.
    • Collaborate with digital team on enhancements to landing pages based upon marketing needs.
    • Improve email engagement by collaboration with digital product merchandising team.


  • Serve as Hallmark Digital’s planning lead for offers and promotions:
    • Serve as ‘front door’ for all offers and promotions featured on hallmark.com
    • Provide strategic, financial, and operational feasibility assessment for all promotions
    • Oversee the day-to-day set-up of promotions on hallmark.com
    • Collaborate with the digital development team on enhancements to offer/promotion functionality, based upon marketing needs.
    • Monitor performance of all promotions and make recommendations to use promotions in a manner that maximizes channel revenue and margin.


  • Run point on assigned Hallmark.com marketing-oriented content planning & execution:
    • Plan and coordinate content, products, and links on select Hallmark.com content pages tied to assigned marketing windows.
    • Incorporate key products and promotions into landing pages during key business periods.


  • Be a steward of the data:
    • Deliver strategic insights based on web analytics tied to promotions and direct marketing campaigns, such as; identifying new trends, top-performing promotions and campaigns, and new content opportunities.  This will include regular reporting at an executive level.



  • Bachelor’s degree OR four years professional work experience



  • Able to thrive & assert positive influence in a highly matrixed environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics or similar tool
  • Past experience working with digital CMS and/or eCommerce platforms (e.g. WordPress, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tool



This role is full-time remote through the end of 2021 and will have a flexible working arrangement thereafter.
