ABOUT US:

Hallmark Global Technology is the technology team responsible for:

  • Delivering technology solutions to enable our wholesale and retail channels of distribution with a strategy to implement platforms that can scale across domestic and international businesses.
  • Technology products and platforms that enable our Creative, Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution, B2B, B2C and Retail Store operations.
  • Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark's future.  As a member of the Hallmark Global Technology team, you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders and a direct team of Product Owners to support the development of a product vision and roadmap across the supply chain portfolio of technology products in order to deliver upon business objectives and goals,
  • Work with business and tech leadership to quantify measurable results (ROI) for all development
  • Act as subject matter expert across various supply chain technologies with an understanding of the competitive landscape in order to support defined business objectives and bring forward new innovations.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years professional work experience
  • 8-10 years supply chain experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience with Manhattan's MAO, WMOS and/or Warehouse Execution System (WES)
  • Experience with agile development methodology and product ownership
  • Experience managing direct reports

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with Manhattan's MAO, WMOS and Warehouse Execution System (WES)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Demonstrated ability to translate annual strategies into business objectives and proven skills in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time. Proactively prioritize the work and manage expectations.
  • Curious self-starter, working with urgency and a high degree of personal accountability.
