Hallmark Digital (Team HD) plays a significant role in driving sales, engagement and overall consumer experience for Hallmark Global. Team HD includes management of Hallmark's Amazon business and Hallmark.com.   For Team HD, the digital product management team achieves it goals by leading several cross-functional agile development squads including members from user experience, engineering, Q/A and business stakeholders (marketing, product, eBusiness). These teams solve Hallmark consumer problems and build the features, functions and capabilities for Hallmark.com that drive revenue, CSAT and consumer loyalty.


The Digital Product Managers leads digital product teams comprised of user experience designers, software developers, technical architects and business stakeholders - who collectively solve the most important consumer and business problems. Together these teams build great consumer experiences for Hallmark.com.  Responsibilities include:


Digital Product Strategy Development

•  Develop the product strategy for their area of the Hallmark.com product portfolio that guides the team's choices and decisions for prioritized audiences, opportunities or issues.
•  Gather and activate insights based on consumer needs garnered through user research/testing and marketplace/competitive information or third party research sources. 
•  Develop the product road map and plans to ensure the team is on track to meet its stated goals within defined timeline.
•  Actively use data and feedback mechanisms that factor into decisions on product squad  priority-builds and determine measurement of outcomes.
• Work proactively with key business stakeholders and partners across Hallmark to elicit their key input/expertise so the products the team builds are valid and businesss-relevant.

Digital Product Strategy Delivery
 •   Uses a systematic and data-driven prioritization approach that clarifies team priorities and is enables quick, tough calls through consulting/present options and opportunities to senior  mgt.
•    Writes and clearly communicates the user stories and requirements based on agreed upon style/format/delivery that drive clarity of product features for the engineering teams. 
•    Responsible for successful implementation in collaboration with delivery manager (scrum master) to ensure the product tam delivers on its commitments for each sprint.


Digital Product Performance Management
•    Develops and communicates KPIs to measure product performance in collaboration with the squad.
•    Leads results monitoring (e.g. pre-launch measurement needs and post-launch actions) in partnership with squad leads and analytics team.
•    Follows a regular cadence and convention to communicate outcomes with the management and organization.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 4 years product management or equivalent experience delivering software or online products to market.
  • 1+ year's experience leading agile product teams  
  • 1+ year's experience defining market and product requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases and measure product performance.
  • 1+ year's experience creating positioning/messaging strategy and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • 1+ year's experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years product management or equivalent experience delivering software or online products to market.
  • MBA or advanced degree 
  • Retail industry e-Commerce
  • Experienced negotiator adept at influencing stakeholders and senior executives. experience
  • Experience using and managing cloud-based marketing platforms and web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)


The hiring leader will determine the role level (regular or senior) - based on selected candidate's experience level, skills and performance. This role can be a REMOTE opportunity.  Residents of Colorado will be ineligible for this opportunity at this time.
