The Director will take a lead role in advancing our technology and digital workplace vision. The department will enable Hallmark to modernize the IT infrastructure, applications and operations functions, with an increased focus on employee experience and enablement. 



The Digital Workplace Services Director will lead End User Services (EUS) for Hallmark corporate with a strong focus on delivering a positive end-to-end user experience for our 2000 internal resources/employees. This role requires implementing tools, managing budget, automating and, where appropriate, knowledge management, improving processes, and measuring success.


As the Director, you will drive the vision and deliver continuous EUS service transformation across the enterprise. You will be an innovative and visible change agent who recognizes strategic application of evolving technologies.

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior manager
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience focused on the end user experience including contact center, collaboration, desktop and mobile devices along with their associated operating systems.




Your resume will stand out if you have:

  • Required knowledge of IT service desk tools and best practices along with customer advocacy and relentless passion to solve issues quickly.
  • Experience in introducing metrics and data as a basis for operational analysis and decision-making, particularly in ad hoc process areas. Knowledge of change management practices, processes and implementation plans.
  • Recent experience in working with distributed teams and processes, motivating them towards high levels of operational excellence.
  • Third party management that provides level 1 (help desk) and level 2 (desktop) support
  • Technically strong in enterprise applications, tools and operating systems, including: Windows, Mac OS, MS Office 365, MDM tools, ServiceNow, AD and GPOs, conferencing systems, file sync and share tools, etc.
  • Experience in streamlining Service Desk and Desktop support functions, including asset management, software management, software deployment and patch management.
  • Working knowledge of IT and engineering technologies and operations
  • Strong analysis capabilities and skills in structured problem solving, program and service delivery.Deep sense of urgency and ability to identify and achieve quick wins. Ability to quickly learn new subject matter areas, assess operational maturity, establish KPI’s and metrics and drive towards operational maturity.
  • Great communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
