WHO WE ARE:

An exciting leadership opportunity exists to join the National Accounts Team and contribute to the successful results the team has experienced over recent years by leveraging the Hallmark brand, greetings portfolio, and key product and marketing programs.  This team partners cross-functionally to bring solutions to the marketplace in key accounts across Hallmark's portfolio (largely grocery but also department stores, book stores, and other non-traditional channels like the USPS). 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Director, National Accounts - Kroger plays a critical leadership role on the team leading the Kroger team with scope over roughly 25% of the total team portfolio. This role manages a team of 5 directly responsible for account management of and category growth for Kroger. This growth will be accomplished by a focus on Category Management expertise, development of Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Building.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Must be able to collaborate across many functions within Hallmark to drive results on shelf as well as on-line.
  • Be skilled in creating and driving strategy, shopper marketing activation, team development, leadership, and relationship building.
  • Drive growth at Kroger and a strong strategic partnership for the future.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5) or more years of managing large, complex, multi-location consumer goods or retailer accounts.
  • One (1) or more years of experience using advanced desktop computer skills (word, excel, Power Point)
  • Capable of business and customer-related travel by plane/car for 25-50% of time, depending on customer needs
