ABOUT US

Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are our internal customers.  Services include Accounts Payable, Business Expense, Travel, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Credit.  CFS provides exposure to a variety of businesses, domestic and international, and their specific accounting issues.  Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, and a focus on customer service are critical to our success.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This position includes Accounts Payable, Business Expense and Travel responsibilities.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support technology-based projects to create process efficiencies
  • Research and resolve 3 way match errors in SAP and assist Accounts Payable bookkeepers with resolution
  • Respond to accounts payable, business expense and travel internal and external inquiries in a timely manner with a customer service mindset
  • Monthly & quarterly Accounts Payable, Business Expense and Travel metrics reporting
  • Serve as primary contact for the Hallmark virtual credit card vendor payment program
  • On-board new employees to corporate card program
  • Ensure compliance with corporate payment policy, business expense and travel policy
  • Assist with escheat reporting requirements
  • Complete annual 1099 reporting
