What your role entails and how you’ll contribute to that. 

This position plays a key role supporting the Crown Center businesses, focusing on:    

1.  Comprehensive financial support including planning, forecasting, accounting, reporting and analysis for Crown Center and management companies, including full P&L and Balance Sheet, and cash flow

2.  Decision support and financial analysis for Crown Center Leasing, including office, retail and corporate leasing 

3.  Work closely with Crown Center project managers and budget managers, as well as management company contacts (Marriott, SP+ parking, Kessinger Hunter property management)  

4.  Lease accounting and SAP real estate system support

Crown Center, one of the nation’s first mixed-use redevelopments, is an 85-acre complex that welcomes more than five million visitors each year.  A subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Crown Center is a ‘city within a city’ - combining hotel, office, retail, residential and entertainment land uses within its boundaries.  Crown Center finance offers opportunities to learn about and work with the various Crown Center business segments (hotel, office, retail, parking), real estate leasing, capital and construction projects, financial planning and forecasting.

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional capacity

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:

1.  Experience with SAP, Hyperion Essbase, Excel, Powerpoint

2.  Strong financial and analytical skills

3.  Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

4.  Strong people skills - ability to work with both internal and external partners
