The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and the HR technical tools.   This role requires a base knowledge of system development life cycle from analysis and design to testing and maintenance.   This role will collaborate with peers to meet multiple objectives of the technology team: data integrity, system maintenance, business enhancements, security compliance, system consulting, and personal knowledge growth. 



  1. Develop and deliver process and technology solutions with value realization
  2. Build and maintain partnerships with business process partners
  3. Maintain an effective level of operational support for HR applications
  4. Develop and apply skills




Required for candidates to be considered:


  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of four years of HRIS or IT experience

This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate at a level I, II, III.  The salary range for this I job, is between $56,250 and $93,750.  Salary will take into consideration several factors including location and role level.

This could require some travel to Kansas City, MO
