AN OVERVIEW:

The IAM Security Developer will be involved with the implementation and ongoing support of Hallmark's Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools. These include tools from SailPoint, BeyondTrust and Ping Identity.

 

WHO WE ARE:

The Identity and Access Management team is part of Hallmark's Enterprise Information Security Department. It consists of a group of dedicated individuals who are responsible for defining Hallmark's identity and access management strategy, as well as its implementation and ongoing operations.

 

THE IAM SECURITY DEVELOPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

This position will require development and technical knowledge as well as good communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to provide technical support for the tools as well as work with the business users to gather requirements.

 

They will also be involved in providing input for the broader identity and access management program at Hallmark.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  •  Bachelor's degree OR at least 4+ years experience in an information security or information technology field.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:

  • Experience working with business users to gather requirements for  projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and define end-to-end processes.
  • Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty (SOD), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical or business field.
  • 2+ years Java coding experience
  • 2+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server
  • 2+ years experience in automating manual and semi-automatic processes via scripting language such as PowerShell, Perl or Python
  • 2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Experience should include the implementation of out-of-the-box and custom connectors, developing work-flows, configuration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
  • Working knowledge of platform provisioning (groups/roles/accounts/permissions)
  • Experience with C/C++, .NET, C#, PL/SQL
  • CISSP certification a plus
  • J2EE certification a plus
