WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Manhattan Functional Configuration Technician is responsible for installation support, configuration, and maintenance of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management systems. Analysts in this position assist in planning, designing, implementing features, running, and adjusting the WM systems across a variety of facilities. This role interacts with IT development teams, configuration teams, various technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholder to optimize the use of Manhattan Associates applications. Analyst in this role merge business process and technical concepts together to innovate creative solutions to business problems and objectives.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Install, test, and support technical patches and conducts upgrades.
- Troubleshoot problems that may arise in solutions and propose multiple options (and associated plans) for resolution.
- Work independently or in teams and can effectively gain insight and develop solutions to meet the business needs.
- Have a positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships within the company and with external partners.
- Demonstrates ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Logistics.
- 5+ years’ Manhattan Associates WM experience.
- 5+ years’ Warehouse Management Applications experience across any platform.
- 3+ years’ experience Manhattan Associates upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- 3+ years’ experience installing, supporting, and securely administering WM peripheral devices. (Printers, Scanners).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume will stand out if you have:
- Functional understanding of Distribution to include, but not limited to Receiving, Returns, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Soft Manufacturing, Kitting, Freight Charge Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
- Knowledge of multiple business areas/processes, applications, and ability to solve complex End to End business problems.
- Mastered ability to merge business process and technical concepts together to innovate creative solutions to business problems and objectives.
- Mastered ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
- ERP Experience and familiarity with SAP or JDA relevant applications.
