The purpose of Hallmark’s Central Master Data Organization (CMDO) is to centrally manage one of Hallmark’s most valuable assets, its master data.  This team-oriented department is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and management of a variety of master data such as Customer, Item, or Vendor information within Hallmark’s SAP and legacy systems. This organization provides critical support for efficient and timely execution of material master data creation as well as increasing data accuracy and effectiveness through standardization and consistency of input and processes.



As a member of the Central Master Data Organization (CMDO) team, the Material Master Data Maintainer (MMDM) plays a vital role in the creation and/or completion of material master data which drives new product development and enables sales to new customers.  The MMDM works closely with a wide variety of partners across the Hallmark business.  Working within a team environment, the MMDM updates required data fields (manually or via mass update tools) in order to create and manage the critical data that drives Hallmark’s business. The successful candidate will be a quick learner with a strong sense of urgency to provide excellent customer service and meet all critical requirements and due dates.



The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Data input/processing/analysis experience


Your resume will stand out if you have:

  •  Experience with Microsoft Excel, Intermediate level
  •  Experience in SAP/MDM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Quick learner; able to swiftly grasp new systems and processes
  • Strong problem solver with experience in identifying process improvements
  • Analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills, a savvy user of resources and time management
  • Possess the ability to work confidently with personnel at all organizational levels
  • Microsoft Word and Access experience
  • Working knowledge of key legacy systems (PPS, ARTS, Micro strategy, and business applications) and/or CICS Mainframe screens, TSO Menu



This position is located out of our headquarters office in Kansas City, MO. (temporarily remote) Relocation is not available.
