The Gift Presentation/Packaged Expression Project Management group is focused on Gift Presentation formats, Stationery, Calendars, Stickers and Boxed Cards. We are a key partner in realizing program and project execution success. We are accountable for driving alignment of priorities, processes and resources; partnering from strategy through Supply Chain to level resource availability and allocation. We provide a deep understanding of end-to-end business priorities to manage trade-off choices, support business initiatives and manage un-forecasted programs/CSRs interposed into core business schedules. Primary partners include: Creative, Product Management, DIM, Visual Merchandising, Customer Teams, Supply Chain and Product Integrity.




The Project Coordinator Commercialization - GPPE is responsible for collaboration with partners in scheduling work flow activities in support of all programs for specific product categories.  S/he is accountable for driving end-to-end alignment through critical schedules, prioritization, and communicating clear and actionable direction to ensure program and project execution results.  

This is a progressive role to be filled at a level I, II, or III based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. 


  • Work with business partners to create Product Development schedules to meet flawless execution and ensure on-time releases for key dates at the program and sku level.
  • Monitor program execution, provide status updates, highlight execution issues and recommend/lead actions to resolve those issues in support of flawless execution objectives.
  • Report exception based status and recommendations to the management teams. 
  • Manage commercialization programs through project schedules by directing the prioritization of work that will optimize resource capacity on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead and direct various meetings/activities to achieve project/program goals in effective manner.
  • Link with supply chain partners to ensure program schedules support production plans.
  • Utilize PDCA principles for problem-solving activities with business partners.
  • Build, enhance, and utlize visual boards to manage and communicate program status, problem solving and new processes activities

Bachelor's Degree

Strong Excel Skills.



Working knowledge of Hallmark’s Creative workflow and scheduling systems   (e.g. PPS, OPTIX)

Experience in project management.

Strong experience in managing multiple tasks with high detail orientation

Effective team and collaboration skills

Effective communication skills - verbal and written

Strong Process execution /project expertise
