The Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is the organization within Hallmark Technology that is responsible for: 

  • Building a world-class, consumer-focused caring platform that enables Hallmark’s lines of business (LOB) across the enterprise (Crayola, Crown Media, Hallmark Global) to accelerate their direct-to-consumer product strategies  
  • Developing a Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides capabilities and services, such as a unified Hallmark Profile, Product Recommendations, Global Payment services, etc.  
  • Building, securing and operating digital consumer products for Hallmark’s LOBs 
  • Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark’s future 


As a member of the DCOE group you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products like Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance. 


The Digital Product Manager-Omnichannel Fulfillment leads technology product teams responsible for solving important problems for Hallmark’s consumers and businesses.

This position will focus on building transformational capabilities needed by Hallmark Digital to grow and deliver on its omnichannel strategy for Hallmark.com in the areas of order management and fulfillment systems/platforms that support eCommerce.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and leads all aspects of the product strategy for Hallmark.com’s order management and fulfillment systems product portfolio to guide the choices and decisions the teams make on what problems are important to solve and for whom.
  • Gathers and activates insights based on feedback from key business stakeholder so the roadmap is informed by their key input/expertise and the product teams builds solutions valid and that work for the business.
  • Build and actively manage a product road map to gain alignment from a diverse set of stakeholders on the right product priorities and to ensure the team is on track to meet its stated outcomes and deadlines.
  • Develop and use all needed data and feedback mechanisms that factor into decisions on what the product squad will build and how it will measure outcomes.
  • Runs forecasting and demand planning in partnership with supply chain and IT teams so Hallmark.com systems and operational processes meet the demand of consumer orders throughout the year and especially at critical business periods.
  • Writes and clearly communicates the user stories and requirements based on agreed upon style/format/delivery that drive clarity for the engineering teams to develop product features.
  • Lead as needed with key partners from technology teams the daily operational functions of order and fulfillment systems that power Hallmark.com including acting as product subject matter expert during incident management processes.
  • Regularly briefs senior management throughout the organization on product team progress, including managing and communicating decisions on scope and ROI.
  • Manages external technology partner relationships – reviewing/approving scopes of work, requirements documentation, manage assigned budgets and invoices as necessary.


The selected individual must have strong communication, facilitation and experience with eCommerce order management and fulfillment systems and platforms. They should have a proven record of leading complex projects with multiple business partners, business acumen and the ability to present plans and opportunities with individuals at higher levels in the organization. They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines.



This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. The salary range for this job, is between $91,000 and $170,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location and role level.



The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a digital product manager, including experience in eCommerce order management and fulfillment systems.
  • Experience with agile development methodology
  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional business and technology teams



Your resume and portfolio/application will stand out if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing technology platforms and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into digital strategies and solutions.
  • Familiarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
  • Familiarity with Usability Design (best practices, consumer journey flows, wireframes, etc.).
  • Proven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time. Proactively prioritize the work  and manage expectations.
  • Curious and self-starter.



This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. 

This position is available as a permanent remote/virtual position.
