ABOUT US:

The New Business/Customer Development/Mass/National Account Team's primary objective is to ensure long-term optimal Hallmark brand growth by developing and leading distribution and new business strategies that maximize Hallmark’s brand market share, revenue, and profitability in support of long-term corporate distribution, space planning, and sales objective

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

The Gold Crown Regional Market Development Manager (RMDM) will be responsible for developing and leading implementation of all market development programs and activities at the regional level for the Gold Crown channel.  Gold Crown Market Development programs and activities are defined as CNM board, market development review board (MDRB), new stores, new store concepts, remodels, expansions, relocations, remerchandising, resales, store saves, new concept store testing, ownership recruitment and ownership development.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, market development, distribution planning, real estate, retail, management and/or business

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in marketing, management or business administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, management, or business
  • Field Sales Management experience
  • Market Development experience
  • Technology experience
  • Project Planning and Delivery experience
