WHO WE ARE:

The Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is the organization within Hallmark Technology that is responsible for:

• Building a world-class, consumer-focused caring platform that enables Hallmark’s lines of business (LOB) across the enterprise (Crayola, Crown Media, Hallmark Global) to accelerate their direct-to-consumer product strategies

• Developing a Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides capabilities and services, such as a unified Hallmark Profile, Product Recommendations, Global Payment services, etc.

• Building, securing and operating digital consumer products for Hallmark’s LOBs

• Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark’s future As a member of the DCOE group you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Salesforce Admin you will work within the agile methodology, supporting the Hallmark Global business (consumer and customer teams) to configure applications for key systems or critical projects. This Administrator position will focus supporting key areas of our business, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom-built solutions within the Hallmark Salesforce instances. As a key member of the Hallmark Salesforce DevOps team, you will gain expertise in specific applications and business processes, apply technical knowledge to solve problems, work with business partners to define solutions and work with consultants, contractors, and on-shore/off-shore resources in accomplishing desired outcomes. In addition, you will perform analysis, design, implementation and in some cases transition to the support organization for assigned systems. You will partner closely with corporate information security, solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, shared services, and project managers in developing solutions to ensure they are compliant with policies and strategies in our dynamic environment.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume and application will stand out if you have:

  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Experience with Chatbots
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
