The Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is the organization within Hallmark Technology that is responsible for:

 

• Building a world-class, consumer-focused caring platform that enables Hallmark’s lines of business (LOB) across the enterprise (Crayola, Crown Media, Hallmark Global) to accelerate their direct-to-consumer product strategies

• Developing a Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides capabilities and services, such as a unified Hallmark Profile, Product Recommendations, Global Payment services, etc. • Building, securing and operating digital consumer products for Hallmark’s LOBs

• Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark’s future As a member of the DCOE group you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products like Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.
 

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

 

You will report to the Sr Director of Marketing Tech and Consumer Data platforms

  • Manage the Technical roadmap of the Consumer 360 platform and develop vision for constantly improving data quality and downstream integration

  • Provide technical governance around Design, development, Infrastructure & DevOps for the development team

  • PerformTechnical feasibility assessment on new feature requests

  • Prune and help prioritize the product backlog

  • Define best practices for the development team

  • Define technical stories/tasks and associated acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements - Work with cross-functional teams to esnure that the business, quality and functional goals are met with each release

  •  Provide inputs to the release plan and enable smooth transition to production
     

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer science

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Software engineering manager managing agile scrum teams

  • Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in Master Data Management managing consumer profile

  • Experience building and delivering using agile methodology

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume and application will stand out if you have:

  • Experience in continous integration, testing and deployment  Experience in API design and development

  • Experience in Informatica MDM is a plus

  • Ability to steer architecture discussions and ensure that a quality product is delivered consistently

  • Experience leading geographically distributed team

     

The annual salary range for this job is between $116,250 and $193,750, including annual bonus eligiblity. . Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
