The Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is the organization within Hallmark Technology that is responsible for: 

  • Building a world-class, consumer-focused caring platform that enables Hallmark’s lines of business (LOB) across the enterprise (Crayola, Crown Media, Hallmark Global) to accelerate their direct-to-consumer product strategies  
  • Developing a Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides capabilities and services, such as a unified Hallmark Profile, Product Recommendations, Global Payment services, etc.  
  • Building, securing, and operating digital consumer products for Hallmark’s LOBs 
  • Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark’s future 


As a member of the DCOE group you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products like Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance. 



The Digital Product Manager is a digital Sherpa – the critical decision-maker responsible for translating business priorities into user-centric digital & technical solutions. They are the subject matter expert that partners with the business & provides direction to a cross-functional team (external technology partners and internal agile teams) to deliver upon business priorities. Because of the required deep & thorough understanding of the business strategy, tech strategy, priorities & objectives; this role wears several complex “hats” to ensure implications & user-impact of each decision are vetted & understood. This person will lead the work to deliver new capabilities and a scalable tech foundation – working collaboratively with internal & external technology partners and agile teams to deliver best-in-class solutions within a variety of technology platforms.  Develop multi-year product roadmap that delivers upon key technical objectives



The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience.
  • 5+years in product management, website management experience and/or digital account management experience.
  • Experience with agile development methodology.
  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams



Your resume and portfolio will stand out if you have:

  • 3+ years of digital agency account management.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing technology platforms and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into digital strategies and solutions.
  • Familiarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
  • Familiarity with Usability Design (best practices, consumer journey flows, wireframes, etc.).
  • Proven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time. Proactively prioritize the work and manage expectations.
  • Curious and self-starter.
  • Client-service mentality. Former development or architecture experience


 The salary range for this job, is between $102,318 and $170,871.  Salary will take into consideration several factors including location and role level.
