The Digital Asset Management (DAM) team is responsible for capturing Hallmark’s millions of creative assets, organizing them, and implementing guidelines for use so that our creative teams can leverage the potential of our vast collection and bring it to life on product and other formats.  Hallmark believes inspired content deserves inspired stewardship. THE TECHNICAL PLANNING SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The Technical Planning Specialist on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) Team responsible for Final Planning activities which involves carefully documenting creative assets used to create Hallmark SKUs. 

Detailed Responbilities:

  • Each SKU which comes thorough must be evaluated and all appropriate asset information must be accurately detailed and recorded in multiple systems. The incumbent will be using a variety of Hallmark-specific and industry standard technologies, including Prodo, ARTS, PPS, OPTIX, and many other systems throughout the day.
  • There are weekly production goals which must be met to enable key Traffic timelines and serviceability to the supply chain. High sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset are integral to the production demands of this role.
  • Final Planning activities are part of the SKU execution workflow which ensures that product gets manufactured and sent to distribution centers for shipping to our retailers.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated, organized, skilled with attention to detail
  • Exceptional at follow up, communication and creative problem solving
  • Experienced and comfortable with production demands and meeting key due dates on a daily and weekly basis

You will stand out for this opportunity if you have:

  • 2+ years of Hallmark experience
  • Proficiency in Hallmark systems such as: Prodo, Cosmos, ARTS, PPS and/or OPTIX.
