WHO WE ARE:

The Creative Marketing Studio within Hallmark Cards is an in-house agency respected by clients and organizations inside and outside of Hallmark’s headquarters. It is comprised of Hallmark brand experts who deliver strategic, award-winning work that directly influences the company’s bottom line. We’re looking for talented creative professionals who want to help create an experience that will make everyone fall in love with the Hallmark brand. We are responsible for brand building, creative leadership and consumer activation, including:

  • Multi-tactical marketing campaigns (print, digital, direct, videos and content)
  • Brand direction for Hallmark marketing (packaging, marketing, visual merchandising, digital)
  • Naming and tagline exploration for new products and services from Hallmark and its sub brands
  • Creative projects for a variety of internal and external businesses and initiatives

WHO WE NEED:

The Traffic Coordinator is the primary contact for work intake/assignments, project set up, and scheduling. The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring projects follow the necessary steps to work through the department in a timely fashion to deliver quality work within the project schedule. It is a terrific entry point into the department to learn the marketing processes as well as develop working relationships with the creative team and our business partners. This role is currently slated to provide primary support for National Greetings initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year in a project management or scheduling/trafficking role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:

  • Experience working with digital platforms
  • Experience with workflow management tools (i.e. Workamajig)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners
  • Can follow and build sustainable processes
  • Thrives in a consistently busy and changing environment
