The National Chain Drug team supports two of Hallmark’s top customers.  We offer a fast paced, high energy work environment.   This role is part of the chain operations team  which supports the ordering, communication, execution and UPC/item set up for each retailer.



The UPC Analyst ensures all UPCs are set up accurately to enable all products/programs to accurately ship to stores, scan at the register, and have correct payment/invoicing.  Maintenance of the program tracking spreadsheet is key to confirming all program SKUs have been properly coded to ship on time.  Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency are required to ensure accurate and timely item set up in the retailer’s systems and help trouble shoot any issues that arise.

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years professional work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in order management, customer service or sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with UPC barcode set-up and coding
  • Experience with MicroStrategy queries
  • Experience with BIQuery, Hallmark mainframe (black screens/COINS), BOB, IDA, SharePoint
  • Strong learning agility; ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Ability to handle multiple time sensitive deadlines and projects
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Strong communication skills to diverse audiences; both written and verbal
