Hallmark - Creating a More Emotionally Connected World Every Day

Millions of people all over the world know the Hallmark brand. That’s because it stands for something bigger than any one of us who work here. It’s about bringing people together and improving the relationships that matter most. Hallmark has always done that. But how we go about it has changed quite a bit. As we shift to a more digitally savvy, unifed approach that combines the best of brick-and-mortar retail with the efficiency of .com spaces, we need strategic thinkers, empathetic learners, and enthusiastic visionaries to help us imagine and create the rest of Hallmark’s second century. What could the next hundred years look like?

If you join Hallmark, we’ll go out of our way to make you feel like you’re part of the team, even in a remote/hybrid work environment. In the day-to-day, we’ll meet you where you are, making sure you get comfortable in your role by making the best use of the skills and talents you already have. We’ll also engage you as a potential leader, combining your instincts and strengths with our guidance and support to give you multiple potential pathways to future success within Hallmark.

As part of our mission, we emphasize a diversity of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives, deliberately and constantly seeking out ways to be more inclusive both internally among our work groups and externally through the things we make and sell to customers (our retail partners) and consumers. A broadly inclusive, equitable approach is also our best path to future success. So don’t worry if your career up to this point has not followed a more typical path. Don’t be concerned if you’re just starting out. We’re seeking out those who can bring a fresh perspective to our business. We embrace a variety of working styles and would love your input as someone new to the team! We can only change and grow when we intentionally include new perspectives–like yours.

What we do and how we do it

We come from diverse backgrounds, with unique perspectives and skills, but we share the same belief that caring for others can change the world. We draw on our own experience, combining our strengths and honoring our differences, to show up with empathy and vulnerability, and to stand up for honest and authenticity. We know that the world is changing, that we learn by listening and grow by risking, and that to create a more caring world we must be brave enough to change with it. We don't just make things. We are here to make life more meaningful, and most importantly to help people feel seen and understood. We are Creative & Product Development, one team united to invent Hallmark's future.
